Shoprite / Checkers Shopping Voucher Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

Entrants will have accepted these terms and conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when entering this promotion.

The promotion is open to users registered on the www.luminlinc.app online platform.

Members of staff from LUMINLINC (“Promoter”) will not be entered into the Promotion.

The Promotion will start on Wednesday the 21st of May 2025 at 06:00 am (“Starting Date”).

The Promotion will close on Tuesday the 17th of June 2025 (“Closing Date”) at midnight.

To take part in the Promotion, the entrant (“Entrant”) must be registered on LUMINLINC (www.luminlinc.app) and complete and submit a job card in the EARN section of the app, prior to the 17th of June.

An entry constitutes submitting a job card on the LUMINLINC platform AND it being approved and live on the platform.

Users can enter as many times as they wish, whereby each unique entry relates to a unique job card submitted AND approved on LUMINLINC.

Any job cards submitted before or after the promotion dates will not be eligible for entry into the promotion.

There will be a maximum of 5 individual winners (“Winner”) for this Promotion.

Following the completion of the promotion on the 17th of June, the 5 winners will be randomly selected from the list of successful entries.

Each winner will receive the same prize.

Each winner can only win once.

Each winner will receive a R1000 (ZAR) Shoprite / Checkers gift voucher (“The Prize”).

There is no cash alternative to the Prize.

Following the closing date, the winners will be notified initially via email and asked to provide their South African cellphone numbers.

Each Winner will automatically receive the R1000 virtual gift voucher by sms to their phone within 48 hours of the competition closing date.

Winners who do not provide their cellphone number will not be entitled to receive the voucher.

This virtual voucher can be used at any Checkers, Shoprite or Usave store nationwide.

The virtual voucher can only be used in store and cannot be used online.

The sms should be kept until the voucher has been redeemed.

Vouchers can only be redeemed once.
-
Vouchers cannot be redeemed at Usave mobile stores, MediRite Pharmacies or at Money Market counters.

No change will be given if the value of the purchase for which the voucher is used is less than the value of the voucher.

If the full value of the voucher is not going to be redeemed in one transaction, the remaining value will be loaded onto a gift card in store.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Should the voucher be lost or stolen, neither Shoprite & Checkers nor its agents will be liable for any reimbursement of any kind.

Vouchers are valid for a 3-year period from the date of purchase.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize or prizes to the equivalent value.

Details of the Winner’s will be available for one month after the Closing Date by writing to info@luminlinc.com.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind which may affect submitting, receipt or processing of your entry.

The Promoters decision is final and binding in all respects on all Entrants. No correspondence will be entered in to.

Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

Entries may be subject to moderation. The Promoter reserves the right to deem an entry to be ineligible should it contain offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content.

Shoprite / Checkers is not responsible for any harm due to the loss, unauthorised use or unauthorised distribution of a Gift Voucher, after the gift voucher has been delivered to you.
